220 repeater WA7PFB 223.9 - 88.5
Paul Butzi (W7PFB)
I have a 220 MHz repeater up and running at my QTH.
The setup is 223.900MHz, standard negative shift of 1.6MHz, CTCSS tone 88.5 I’d appreciate it if those of you with 1.25m radios gave it a try. Let me know what your results are. -p W7PFB 73, Don’t forget to smile and have fun!

Screen capturing is going to reduce the quality a good amount. Doesn’t she have the ability to download the videos from the site?

You could use screen capture software such as Screenium (mac) or similar on PC saved as a movie file (mpeg4,mov, Avi, etc) Howard Excuse my typos - sent via my thumbs or by voice from a mobile device

Video recording of steaming
Ken Kosters
Hi all,
Not HAM related in any scope of the imagination but know we have some that might be able to help with this. My Niece has video streaming service for workouts and being young she signed up and videos are about to expire without further payment. My question is the best way to capture these and put them on the hard drive with little or no expense? I will dive into this latter when given time and was just hoping for a simple cost effective answer as it could apply to other things one day. Ken W7ECK

UHF repeater radio test
Tom WA7TBP
Good evening everyone:
Sorry for the short notice on this, but I just learned of this test Thursday night.
Lynn Burlingame, N7CFO, has built a portable UHF repeater. He would like to test it tomorrow, Saturday, Nov 16. The test will be conducted from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The repeater is on 440.500 MHz, Plus 5 MHz shift, Transmit tone is 88.5 Hz. The repeater is near the WSP Office in Eastgate. (Bellevue). Please call Lynn, N7CFO to make a contact. He would appreciate an e-mail from you with the following information:
* Radio make and model
* Power output
* Antenna type
* Antenna height
* The street address where you made the contact
* Signal report
This repeater is located at Lynn's house and the test is simulating a failure of the main mountain top repeaters that we have around here.
I hope you can help Lynn with this test. Thank you in advance for helping out.
73,
Tom, WA7TBP

I could not get the tinyURL link to work - cross scripting error... Assuming you are referring to: "The Radio Today guide to the Icom IC-7300" by Andrew Barron. Looks like nice guide to the 7300. It's not free however... Kindle price is: $9.50 and Paperback version is: $13.51. Of course if you pay the Kindle Unlimited Membership fee, then you can read it for "free" until your membership expires... Think I will get the paperback version. Will be nice addition to my other radio manuals... Thanks for the tip! Jim W7ABD
