In all fairness to all vendors the difficulty comes from the sheer scale of HW vendors and a handful of OS vendors. Now through in bad- and state-actors and you have troubles. I received vulnerability

I use Norton 360 and VPN.
For VPN you can use Proton VPN which comes with Proton mail. Mozilla is offering VPN services as well. I like VPN as it masks many things – not of them are nefarious

Re: Antivirus Software
Microsoft spends more money because they have to. Most malware is aimed at their OS.
I'm not in the tech industry for many years, but I've run windows since it came on floppies.

Defender is ok. It has some areas where it's lacking. Here's some good info on it.

I personally wouldn't use only Defender. Maybe with some

Re: Antivirus Software
That's pretty funny. You meant that to be funny, right?
Microsoft is the *reason* you need antiviral software.

Re: Silicone Sealant for PL 259 Connections?
You should use either "Coax-Seal" which goes on like a tape but is moldable like a putty to seal it good, or you can use self-bonding silicone tape. If it's an antenna connection I leave it at that.

Silicone Sealant for PL 259 Connections?
I was wondering if there was a silicone or similar substance that one would use on the coax feedline into the antenna to provide additional weather sealant along with rubber taping the connection?

I'm biased since I work at CrowdStrike, but that's an enterprise solution and expensive (though we are the best, of course).
For ease of use with good protection I recommend Bitdefender. that's what
