Just to let everyone know that the issues with morning link to KBARA is known and message has been sent to system operators on that side of the mountains. The issue is not with our system but can turn off the link if needed until the issues are corrected.
I sent message today and they seemed unaware of any problems but my understanding is they have many issues as one repeater link is down, tiger Bears is also down and now IRLP sounds as if welding is taking place next to AM radio. I expect a ground loop as not 60 cycle hum but cannot be sure over connection. One thing is our repeater has been the only link to the system and many have mentioned but on the other hand we have no obligation to this system.
